Roger Bonair-Agard is a native of Trinidad & Tobago, a Cave Canem fellow and author of Gully (Cypher Books, 2011 and Peepal Tree, 2011) Tarnish and Masquerade (Cypher Books, 2006). He is co-founder and Artistic Director of the LouderArts Project and teaches at Fordham University. He lives in Chicago and Brooklyn.

Born in Ecuador and raised in the Bronx, Oscar Bermeo is the author of four poetry chapbooks, most recently, To the Break of Dawn. Recent poems appear in Bestiary Magazine, CrossBRONX, Generations Magazine, Milvia Street Journal, and The Rumpus.  He has taught creative writing workshops to at-risk youth in the Bronx, inmates at Rikers Island, foster teens in San Jose, bilingual fourth graders in Oakland, and to adults through the Oakland Public Library’s Oakland Word program.Oscar makes his home in Oakland, with his wife, poeta Barbara Jane Reyes, where they co-edit Doveglion Press.
